I went to Gentle Dental today for an appointment. First thing, an irate customer walked out the door. It should have been a sign. The appointment was not made for what I originally called for. The dentist that I saw had no bedside manner and did nothing for me. The Dental hygienist was very nice. I am very disappointed. It used to be much better. I felt like an inconvenience to them. I will be finding care elsewhere.
