Requested an appt 2x online, never heard back after weeks went by. Just now called to try and schedule; the gal I was talking to was so rude and sounded so irritated I didn't even bother scheduling.

My experience this time was wonderful. A great hygienist and of course the receptionist is lovely. Previous -They do not call back after leaving several messages. I have tried to contact the corporate office online and by phone. I have called the local office. I was told I would be getting a refund check 30 days after I returned the product. It has been 5 weeks and no contact. I don't know why they could just refund it to my credit card.
I was Gas Lit by the Dentist for taking ptsd medication. She asked the same question, I answered. After answering her 4 x's, I finally told her to stop-she was attacking my ptsd! It was supposed to be a filling. She then said she isn't licensed to fill my cavity. What does she charge for gaslighting patients?
