Dr. Passafiume - Horrible experience over 25 years ago. She was having trouble removing a crown from my front tooth. Instead of drilling it off she decided to stand up over me putting each foot on the side of the dental chair & in pick & hammer style bang on my front tooth for nearly a half hour. The experience has given me PTSD to this day. I will never forget how awful it was and unprofessional. True story, just horrible.
