Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone. Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? No, they aren't known for being skillful Did this dentist explain your dental procedure to you? A little, but I wish they had explained it more thoroughly Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Was this dentist friendly? Not Really Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud

No, I left with more problems than I came with! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Did this provider rush your appointment? Yes, I barely had any time to ask questions

How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Definately will not recommend this office to anyone. Called for an emergency appointment and never received a call back. (We had been treated by this office before). When we called back, I was told emergency appointments were only available, when someone who had an appointment, called in to cancel theirs.??? The staff was very unprofessional and immature when I tried explain my situation. Ironically enough, when we had to go to a different Dentist's office, they advise us our "emergency" looked like is was probably caused by... read more
