We waited three months for an appointment at Gentle Care Pediatric Dental, only to be told our children would not be seen unless we agreed to a mandatory fluoride treatment. I asked for a simple cleaning and cavity check without fluoride, but the dentist refused to even look in their mouths. We’ve chosen to forgo fluoride for seven years, and many families are now questioning its safety as well. This practice clearly values rigid policies over individualized care, and we will be seeking a more respectful dentist elsewhere.

I can’t say enough good things about this office. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with kindness and genuine care. The staff is always welcoming, patient, and ready to answer any questions, which makes such a difference when you’re at the dentist. This was my daughters first dentist visit and the Dr and hygienist took the time to explain everything clearly and never makes you feel rushed.
