I took my children here today for the first time. We had the best experience. The staff is extremely friendly. The Dental hygienist was so amazing with my children. We also had the best experience with Dr. Markos. He was so patient and took his time to learn about my children. I am so happy we made the switch to Gentle Care Pediatric. I will be recommending their place to all my family and friends!!
I have brought my kids here for years and received a phone call last night confirming my appointment and telling me about a balance due that needs to be paid in full before the appointment. I say no problem how much is the bill and they tell me an insane amount which I then question. I ask the last time they mailed me a bill and the office staff tell me they haven’t mailed a bill yet because my children’s account was just updated within their billing department. We waited three months for an appointment at Gentle Care Pediatric Dental, only to be told our children would not be seen unless we agreed to a mandatory fluoride treatment. I asked for a simple cleaning and cavity check without fluoride, but the dentist refused to even look in their mouths. We’ve chosen to forgo fluoride for seven years, and many families are now questioning its safety as well. This practice clearly values rigid policies over individualized care, and we will be seeking a more respectful dentist elsewhere.
I can’t say enough good things about this office. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with kindness and genuine care. The staff is always welcoming, patient, and ready to answer any questions, which makes such a difference when you’re at the dentist. This was my daughters first dentist visit and the Dr and hygienist took the time to explain everything clearly and never makes you feel rushed.
