Amazing service and great communication. Ive had absolutely no issues with appointment setting and or getting all services provided. My daughter has become more confident with her smile and loves her results
I contacted this practice today to learn of their protocol when a patient their medical record. They attempted to complete a filling however the filling was too deep and was told may need a root canal but to come back when the pain was so bad that you could not sleep at night. We contacted them today to get a copy of the x-rays to have them reviewed by another provider in which we were informed that if we signed a release of records we would be dismissed from the practice. this is ILLEGAL. When I went there for the first time, the young lady cleaning my teeth hurt my mouth. They don't know what they are doing. I called so many times, and they never answered the phone. If I could give it a zero star, I would.
