We’ve been going to Gentle Care for 15 years. They are so good. They’ve taken care of 3 of our dogs. We love Dr. Boutwell. She is the best. She’s so knowledgeable & personable. She loves our dog. Dr. Boutwell explains everything & is very patient. We love the staff. They know us by name & are very helpful & also on the phone. It’s such a pleasure going to Gentle Care! Thank you!
Just visited Dr Boutwell, Amelia my cat had an issue that needed care. Pleased with how the clinic treated her and also me. They even offered Amelia a treat. They are very conscientious in communicating the care strategy and the pricing.
