RecommendedGreat, caring staff. We have been taking our dogs to Gentle Care for years and have always received compassionate, quality treatment from the vets, vet techs and office staff.
I have been taking LOH cats/kittens to Gentle Care for the last 10 years and have received excellent care and service from this highly professional group. Dr. Capwell is a highly qualified vet and depends on her competent staff to care for their patients and their famlies (especially her assistant and vet tech Crystal). I've had many emergency situations where 2-day old kittens are dropped off at PetSmart where I volunteer for Lost Our Home.
