I walked in & the only staff is rude old women. I get helped by the furthest lady to the right “what do you need done??” I proceeded to tell her & was told I didn’t need to do what I came to do. Ok so I left, called some people, was told I needed to; so I went back in. I believe her name was Lee, she was a very kind lady, younger, had a bunch of Harry Potter things at her desk; she helped me!
