DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU LOVE YOUR LOVE ONE! They are absolutely horrible! They are supposed to provide most of her supplies but yet we’re still having to spend a ton of money on supplies that they are supposed to provide. The nurse that comes couldn’t even set up my mother’s feeding tube without calling someone and watching a video. They have provided the wrong feed bags after we’ve told them over and over that we can not use the ones that they brought by and now she can’t even eat because we’ve had to use the sam... read more

Annette is an awesome nurse. She takes time to really explain things. Shannon is so gentle and loving in helping my mother bath. Tanner is a great chaplain. He is so loving. Always sings to Mom. All of the staff is great. Even the office staff is great in dealing with Mom's long term care insurance.

I can’t begin to say enough nice things about Genteva Hospice. My parents were on hospice at the same time. Dad didn’t get to meet as many people as Mom but he did get to meet their social worker Traci Tallman. They both looked forward to her weekly visits. Dad did lots of farming and gardening in his lifetime and he would share those stories with Traci. After Dad passed; Mom’s needs began to increase. I can't say enough about Gentiva hospice out of Morristown. Annette, Tanner, Sarah, Traci and Kristi have went above and beyond! i work private duty as a caregiver and I've never witnessed a more professional and caring hospice company! I would definitely recommend them all! i would give more stars if able! i may have missed a couple of names i can't remember, but they all have been excellent!
