I struggle with chronic Pancreatitis. I had 70% of it removed. The pain is unbearable. After reading the info on their website I understand it better. I may not die tomorrow but I have a "life limiting" chronic illness. The care team that's been set up for his amazing! I'm covered from angle. I get a chaplain, a social worker, a nurse, and an aid for things like assisting with showers. Four weeks ago today, my dear sweet wife Laraine passed away so very peacefully. During her steady decline due to Alzheimer’s, for the last five or so years of our 53 years of marriage it was my privilege to be her primary caregiver. I was supported in this by our dear daughter Sarah, who shared fully in her mom’s care. I wish I could give more than 5 stars to this organization. The nicest staff and team. When my grandmother was placed in this hospice, they never missed a beat. From the nurses to the social workers to the chaplains. Excellent communication. They truly care about their patients. Thank you Gentiva for not just taking care of my grandma but also for my mom and I while we grieve over our loss.

The Team at Gentiva Hospice has been Fantastic. From top to Bottom. Nurse Lynn, a true sweetheart. listens to your wants & needs. Compassionate & Never felt rushed in here care. Heidi who comes in to bath & dress my Mom is such a professional at her Job. spends quality time & care with my Mom. Kelly who comes in for PT...top notch in here field. Nancy with SOcial Work, just all great. A++ to everyone who's helped my Family in this tough time navigating this type of personal care. 5 Stars all Around. Thank You.
