I struggled with leaving a one star review. But the truth is, I have never felt more isolated and dismissed as a solo. Caregiver with a loved one handling an overwhelmingly awful diagnosis then after one week of dealing with this company and there’s sister site in Conway. It’s left me with quite the awful feeling and I know there is a way for you to do your job without making a family go through that. I am currently being harassed by one of your employees and You don't seem to want to put an end to this. Sure hope her patients get better treatment.aicen

Our experience with Gentiva and it's employees was priceless to our family. Our mom did not want to ho into a nursing home, so we decided to have her live with us. All the hospice staff made their first visit within days, they were able to immediately get us a bed and everything else needed, and they eased all our concerns. Unfortunately, our mom died a month into service. Monica was her Aide and she not only bathed her, but took time to listen to her talk and comfort her. Kelli, her nurse, was just an amazing person. My grandpa had to go into hospice care earlier this year. Our family was really unsure of what was to come but Gentiva Hospice was so helpful. They explained the process and made sure we were comfortable with every thing they did and left all decision making up to us. The nurses were the most caring I have ever dealt with and they were amazing care givers to my grandpa in his final days.
