The health care aspect is very good, one of the therapists wore a mask and gloves while conducting his visit. The administrative portion is lacking. They arent very good at scheduling, they call one day in advance which is ridiculous.
I have been very pleased with the home visits I received from CenterWell that’s why I requested them for my last three surgeries. The PT and the nurses were all knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. Justin Kelly was my main PT person. He was always helpful and respectful. Thanks for a great crew right when we need it the most!
Everyone is very nice and respectful
Staff was timely and courteous. Offered to help with things in the house before leaving. Usually called the night before their visit to let me know when they were coming.
We were very pleased with the PT providers. However, the speech therapist was not very knowledgeable on treatment options and therapies. On many occasions she would come into our home and talk about personal matters such as family trips, vacations, her daughter, and the presidential election and then leave after 10 minutes, without ever completing any speech sentences, exercise, or working on pronunciation.
