This was the worse customer service experience that I’ve received in a very long time. The receptionist Michael was very rude and even implied that I had something sketches going on because I had a previous authorization code from Cosco's were I decided not to purchase my eyewear. I immediately got on the phone with my eye care network and the situation was resolved. Micheal however still offered very poor customer service and never apologize for his assumption, he was very rude and harshly direct. As the first person of con... read more

After speaking with Michael about the issue, it has become clear that Costco was the “sketchy” one because of the extra fees you said they were trying to charge you for being out of network. Nicest people! Clean modern office with a large selection of frames. But it’s the people that really make this place special. Welcoming. They saw me right away. I’m glad I know where to go now. ♥️
