I had John Gentilcore replace my gutters in February 2018. They have leaked since they were installed because the gutter is not properly pitched to the down spout. I have to keep a brute garbage can underneath to catch the water. I told John about the problem immediately. He made empty promises to come and correct the poor installation. Here we are in May 2019.
