The tech, Blake he’s always extremely polite and efficient. The main reason that we use Gent air is a few years back. There was a noise coming from our unit and I won’t mention names here but another Heat & Air group in Knoxville came out here and said that there was something terribly wrong, but they couldn’t locate it and then they sent another person out and finally we just were fed up and called Gent Heat & Air because Our daughter got her system through them anyway to make a long story short. Not going to be a total degen and go 1 star, but am frustrated with some practices. Seems the pricing for things can be predatory at times definitely feels less like they are not trying to develop long term loyalty and customers. Signed up for the service package ( it was fine price wise at the time, I would guess middle of the road). Just had them here for a check and had bought some thermostats myself update the old.
