We replaced our old HVAC system with a new one. Our service from Noah, Francisco, and Benjamin was timely, professional, and courteous. We would HIGHLY recommend Gent, and we plan to use them going forward for any of our HVAC needs.
Our seven month old HVAC unit had the compression valve go bad. This was on a Sunday. Gent ordered the part and on Thursday afternoon we were back in business. The two servicemen that came out were great. Unfortunately the way the government is changing how repairs and parts are being regulated getting parts is going to be an issue. I believe Gent did a great job in working within the parameters that are being set.
