Our seven month old HVAC unit had the compression valve go bad. This was on a Sunday. Gent ordered the part and on Thursday afternoon we were back in business. The two servicemen that came out were great. Unfortunately the way the government is changing how repairs and parts are being regulated getting parts is going to be an issue. I believe Gent did a great job in working within the parameters that are being set.
These guys are a life saver!! They were able to come out the next day from my initial call, within the window promised, and cleaned up a mess that the builder left with our home ventilation. The company uses a great communication process and even sends photo identification of the tech prior to their arrival. Cliff and Noah came out today and are the absolute best. I recently signed up for Gent Heating and Cooling annual service. They quickly scheduled my first inspection and service appointment. It was excellent. The technician, Blake was very thorough, and he took the time to explain the results to me and answer questions. I was very confident with his experience and knowledge. He also helped me set up and test the remote thermostat app to my phone. My overall experience, from talking to the office staff through my onsite appointment was very positive. Thank you!
