I called the office and talked to Stephanie and she got a technician out to my house within 45 minutes of my call. Blake was the technician that came and fixed my air conditioning. I'm thankful for both of them in Gent Heating and Cooling is absolutely amazing thank you.
Very nice! Shane took time to check everything and explain what was wrong with hvac,and why I needed a new one. I never felt pressured and felt they cared. Noah and his crew were very meticulous and highly professional with install. I recommend this company! Everyone I have spoken with has been very helpful.
