I would give this place 0 stars if i could. I left a little while ago and this was the worst place i've ever gotten help at. Knowing myself i knew that i did not need to come here and coming there made my life so much worse. i was isolated from my friends and my family affecting my relationships with them drastically. I did the PHP program at GenPsych and had a great experience. I was at the lowest point in my life and I honestly believe the program and the staff helped to save my life. The therapists really do care and pushed/helped me to actively take the steps needed to improve my life.

I absolutely loved my experience at GenPsych in the teen IOP. To say my time here was amazing would be an understatement, especially because the therapists Vicki, Brandon, Priscilla, and Meg were all so kind and made sure our groups were fun. All the staff made sure our time there was enjoyable, and as someone that didn’t originally want to participate or do the work, their actions were appreciated more than they could ever know. Very Professional would highly recommend to anyone struggling with anything that they may have going on in there life past,present,and potentially future. Very well oriented in truly wanting to help others in need not only because that's there job but the treat you like a person not a payday whether you have insurance or not. i went to genpsych at during one of the most challenging moments of my life. it ended up being the best experience i could have had. the facilitators, doctor, the groups; everything was an amazing experience for me. the groups were something i apply to my life up to this very day. vicki is such an amazing therapist and carla was such a warm comforting doctor who both really listened. and rooted for me. the groups even set a tone that brought such a comfort between clients. it felt easy to be vulnerable and heal here. i would... read more
