I currently have a past due bill (because I was unemployed and had a paid insurance that was bad). It’s pretty large. I understand them contacting me to get it. That’s reasonable - corporate america and all that. I’ve previously set up a payment plan I can afford, and pay when I can. No, they’re going after my EMERGENCY CONTACT to collect the debt. I had a great experience here, and appreciate all the counselors and the work they do. I began program when I was at the lowest point I have ever been, and after completing PHP/IOP feel the changes in my thinking and behavior thanks what I have learned and experienced in program (along with med management). Having a safe space to talk and the input from other group members was so beneficial to me. Genpsych helped me completely change my life around. I was suffering after the deaths of my sister and dogs. I had always delt with depression and anxiety issues but this was far worse than anything I've delt with in the past. With the help of the psychiatrists, therapists and group therapy I was able to really reach inside of me. I learned new behaviors. I found comfort in my daughter and husband again. Genpsych of Bridgewater has been nothing short of a blessing for my family. We have utilized this location for the adult and adolescent programs. I highly recommend checking them out if you’re in need of mental health services.

I went a few years ago when I was 13 and now as an adult I can confidently say the youth/adolescent group had absolutely zero structure. Everyone would be saying DING DING whenever someone shared a "cognitive disfunction" which was usually most of the time someone from group going into crisis and talking about how they want to end theirselves.
