GenPsych does a very nice job with its patience. Brandon Hickey is an excellent therapist. Carla Williams is very good regarding med management and pushing patients to do more. All of the therapists who ran groups were engaging, knowledgable and supportive.
I would give this place 0 stars if i could. I left a little while ago and this was the worst place i've ever gotten help at. Knowing myself i knew that i did not need to come here and coming there made my life so much worse. i was isolated from my friends and my family affecting my relationships with them drastically. Very Professional would highly recommend to anyone struggling with anything that they may have going on in there life past,present,and potentially future. Very well oriented in truly wanting to help others in need not only because that's there job but the treat you like a person not a payday whether you have insurance or not. I did the PHP program at GenPsych and had a great experience. I was at the lowest point in my life and I honestly believe the program and the staff helped to save my life. The therapists really do care and pushed/helped me to actively take the steps needed to improve my life.
