They are super rough! Never got anyone doing the pcr like this!! What’s the point? I won’t use them again

I could not have had a better experience. Genosur was very quick and user friendly to book with. The day of my test all the nurses were extremely attentive and caring towards me and answered all my questions. The customer service team is very patient as they walked me through the process of opening my results as I am not super familiar with this technology now a days. Would reccomend to all my friends!

GenoSUR Miami, Mi experiencia no ha sido buena. Agende, y cancele el mismo dia. Fue imposible comunicarse con Customer Service al numero telefonico que indican. Lo mismo para el reembolso posterior ha sido una mala experiencia.
