The food was Fabulous! First time there and we will be back! The meatballs were delicious as well as the eggplant rolatini. Wonderful atmosphere. The only complaint is that there should more customer service oriented staff. They are all mainly college students, which is fine, but you can tell they aren't trained service industry professionals.
The food, drinks, and staff are always amazing! We love having everything from dinner or lunch to special occasions there. I highly recommend Genos and cant wait until we go again!!
Met family from Massachusetts at the restaurant for an informal birthday party. It was very busy and I am glad we had reservations. The food was passable but nothing special. The service was awful. Waited for 10 to 15 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us and then a while more for water. Ordered lemonade and sodas that took another 15 minutes. Waiter said there were no clean glasses. Amazing food!!!! Amazingly nice people/staff!!!!! Amazing visual appeal!!! Drink wasn't up to my expectations but that wasn't a big deal. Loved it!!!!!!!!!!!
Second visit...stale rolls for kids' burgers and very slow in food delivery to table of hungry kiddos, very nice waitress, food below average both times we've visited.
