This pharmacy is the best pharmacy in Lincoln. I was having trouble getting a prior authorization for a medication that my doctor felt I needed to be on. Ashley went above and beyond and was on the phone with my insurance company for 3 hours just to get my prior authorization pushed through. The insurance company gave her so many problems but she kept her composure and did get the medication I needed. I am so grateful for Ashley at Genoa pharmacy for their hard work.
I’ve been working with Genoa pharmacy for two years now, and they are absolutely amazing! So kind and so knowledgeable in their work. I appreciate how they make sure you get your medication, and work with you on a time that works for you.
