It must be so embarrassing to be so confident and still end up wrong. I called Genoa on September 30th at 11:33 a.m. to ask if they could deliver my medication. They gave me a time frame. I got a text when my meds were out for delivery, but between 11:33 AM and 2:37 PM, where was the phone call from that third-party again? Oh. Genoa called me at 2:37 PM to say they don't do redelivery and that they tried to deliver it, but I didn't answer. It's such a stupid thing to lie about, and that's what's irking me.
