Have been going here for a while now and never had a problem with anything nor anyone here but had 1 disagreement with a man that answered the phone and he was not comprehending what I was saying about my insurance so I hung up. Next day I was at an appointment there and went to the pharmacy after and the man was no where in sight. I say my name to another person and he sure made his way up front and out of his way to butt into my transaction with a snarky comment and feminine neck whip. Profits over Care? Most definitely! The period of time my mother and I were with this pharmacy, we wouldn't get our medications for days, in spite of a delivery service already agreed upon. My mothers bill ended up being in the thousands, but there was no change in her health to warrant such an increase. I let them have it after they wouldn't provide my Mom with her inhaler she uses to breathe. We stopped their services. No bills ever came.
Always pleasant and helpful. Super convenient! Just wish they had weekend hours-- only draw back.
They are inside the portagepath mental health building, therefore it is not easy to see. They have always been friendly and helpful.
