These are the most wonderful, caring people. I've been visiting the Suncoast Center for 2 years and when my son needed expensive meds that weren't covered by his insurance, Genoa pharmacy (Steve) helped us get them with a discount and managed to work with the insurance to eventually prove that this med was helping so that the insurance would agree to cover it. The absolute worst pharmacy ever! Ten days out of meds because they forgot to fill and send them. Unacceptable!!!
Not sure why the negative reviews. If you're supposed to show up 30 minutes before your appointment, show up 30 minutes before your appointment and get checked in... Not the time your appointment was scheduled and expect to be catered to.
Erica refused a legitimate prescription just because she “never heard of a patient take the medication that way” Now i have to go to another pharmacy and look like I’m pharmacy shopping a scheduled drug. Thanks Erica.
