I have had a billing issue with this pharmacy for 3 months now. I have called there to resolve the issue, and what they did is bill my insurance again. This has been on going with multiple emails and phone calls on my time. They have STILL not resolved the issue. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY AS THEY ARE INCOMPETENT AND THEIR PHARMACY TECHNICIANS ARE EXTREMELY RUDE. I am still dealing with my insurance and the pharmacy to clear up their error.

They put me on long holds whenever I call them. Once they put me on hold for +20 minutes, until I hung up and called again and and a sleepy voice responded, apparently they put me on hold without any intention to respond. Not recommended. Staff have attitude issues, and extremely unhelpful.
Friendly & helpful staff. Service is great. It's a small pharmacy which has its pros & cons. I switched here bc Costco & Vons frequently wouldn't have one of my medications in stock & would have to order them which would have me running out regularly & going days without taking a dose. Also that screws up my medications being picked up at the same time & the gap would be pushed further & further apart as time went on.
