Years of goodwill built up by Genoa Roosevelt just went crashing down. Sorry we don't have your meds, find them elsewhere and we won't help you is not something Genoa Roosevelt would ever say. I guess Freeport is different though.
Catherine and the team at Genoa are always so helpful and kind to speak with on the phone. They are the BEST when it comes to sourcing specialty medications and dealing with insurance companies. I’ve been working with them since March and I can tell they really care about their patients. Thank you!!
