This company really needs to improve on customer service. The person that answers the phone at this location is so rude and it’s always the same person each time I call. If I was able to get my mom’s medication from a different pharmacy I definitely would and I may actually look into that so I no longer have to deal with this company.
Literally the worst customer experience. My kids medicine runs out every month after I call 5 times to make sure it’s going to be filled. The lady that answers the phone is the rudest person, she speaks to customers like they know nothing. Just stick with your local pharmacy, trust me.

I called to see was a medication available and I was told they couldn’t fill my medication because I haven’t had anything filled with them before and they are only filling for customers who used them before because of the shortage with the medication.
