Poor communication. Med delivery times and days are inconsistent. They need to add some better technology to their system. Delivery tracking. Automatic calls with a ETA on delivery times. Text notifications if there is an issue with refilling a prescription. It’s 2026. There’s no excuse why you’re not using modern technology. It’s not that hard. Treat your customers better!
They are great they are so helpful , but when I call them it is always something different on why my medication hasn’t been sent out or what I have to do to get them sent, witch isn’t convenient also it varies on who answers the phone , not sure if sometimes a manager picks up the phone sometimes or if a regular staff member picks up the phone but sometimes its like they make up a new rule or excuse on why they haven’t been sent or what I need to do.
