They are great they are so helpful , but when I call them it is always something different on why my medication hasn’t been sent out or what I have to do to get them sent, witch isn’t convenient also it varies on who answers the phone , not sure if sometimes a manager picks up the phone sometimes or if a regular staff member picks up the phone but sometimes its like they make up a new rule or excuse on why they haven’t been sent or what I need to do. I just filed a consumer complaint with State of AK. This place is negligent. Rude, discourteous and not even good at what they claim to do....Always so busy, and always so wrong
Absolutely the worst. Mistake after mistake, causing incident reports because they seem to be incompetent. Bubble packs fall apart, missing medications, false pick up phone calls......and so rude and dismissive like they don't care they are creating chaos by being sub professional
