HORRIBLE Pharmacy! I absolutely do NOT recommend using this pharmacy if you want your meds on time. They do not care if you run out of your medications. The pharmacy tech at the Scottsburg, Indiana location is terrible. My husband had 2 days left of meds so we went up there to ask why his medications hadn't been sent to him yet. We were then informed that insurance denied. I asked her why we were not notified and she responds with "I told his Nurse so she could start looking for a savings plan." The convenience of being a lifesprings patient and having the pharmacy right there in the building is nice. But when I was picking up medicine outside of my appointment hours I've had them tell me on multiple occasions that my medicine was ready only to get to the pharmacy and have them tell me they forgot to order it. This happened at least 5 times. Other than that they did a good job. Nice staff.
