When I call to refill prescriptions, I usually talk to Amos, who is the kindest and most sincere person I’ve ever interacted with when trying to manage prescriptions. Insurance and copays can be an overwhelming thing, but Amos and the others who work here provide amazing and thoughtful care to their patients and make the process supportive and streamlined. I now I look forward to calling in my refills as a stress-free and pleasant thing instead of the dread I have felt when getting medications through other pharmacies.
