Genoa has been there for me for a long time they sort out my meds together for the morning and the night and I don't have to go there they kindly and for free to me every month Thank you Genoa.
Nice and convenient location for ImCal patients
They don't send any notifications when refill is due or if you need to call the doctor. I've run out of medicine many times they missed an entire month no refill. Their elevator tone on their phone say don't worry about refills we'll notify they don't. This needs to be fixed. I like this pharmacy but having people running out of medicines is not ok.
This has happened 3 times to me and my sister already. We would call 2 hours early for a refill only to find out that they didn't fill it so were waiting outside of a crowded waiting area. Very unprofessional will be going back to thrift away... Ps 2 years later and they are still playing around with peoples lives. made one lady wait for her shots because everyone was too buys passing a baby and chitchatting
