This is almost definitely the only pharmacy I've ever posted a Google review for, but it's also the only one that ever deserved it. I had my doctor call in my ADD medication to Genoa based on the recommendation of my partner. I had been experiencing issues getting my ADD medication filled at basically every large pharmacy chain in Billings. Genoa was the only pharmacy that actually took the time to call me and tell me that they didn't have my medication in the dosage that was on my prescription. Very great service with friendly staff.
I LOVE this pharmacy and the staff is always so kind and pleasant to deal with. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because the hours of operation are slightly less than accommodating. 9-5 M-F is when I have to be at work, so if I need to run to the pharmacy, it's going to cut into my own work hours. However, the fact that I still use Genoa even though the operating hours aren't ideal (and there's no drive-thru option) says a lot about how much I really like it.
