I really wish they had an app or even a website to manage refills—it would make things much easier. That said, the staff are consistently friendly, helpful, and quick to answer the phone. We’ve had a few instances where voicemails weren’t returned, but overall communication has been solid. They offer pre-sorted prescription packs, delivery, and in-person pick-up. Huge issues in transferring my prescriptions, including no longer being able to use the coupon card because “they’re not supposed to have used it like that” at the other pharmacy. God, just let people have nice things sometimes. Also zero communication so I ended up running out of meds because they weren’t transferred correctly and no one told me they werent being filled. Pretty disappointed after coming from other Genoas who have been incredible.
