I really wish they had an app or even a website to manage refills—it would make things much easier. That said, the staff are consistently friendly, helpful, and quick to answer the phone. We’ve had a few instances where voicemails weren’t returned, but overall communication has been solid. They offer pre-sorted prescription packs, delivery, and in-person pick-up.
