In my opinion Genny is the best real estate agent I have come across. I had been working with a different agent for at least six months and wasn’t having any luck purchasing a home. Genny is amazing! We had horrible experience with several other realtors and she honestly went above and beyond her duties to make sure we were happy. She found us the perfect home to fit our needs. She was such a bright ray of sunshine the whole time! She followed up with us and still does periodically. I couldn’t recommend her enough! We were making a big move from across the country and had one weekend to find a house. Genny had multiple showings lined up beginning as soon as we arrived. Where to begin first i love Genny she was so happy and excited to help us sell our home and also tried really hard to find us a new home until new jobs took us to VA. We connected so well and she was so dedicated to selling a dream in Wilmington. I recommend her a millions times over and when we find our way back down to Wilmington or Jacksonville she will be the first call. She’s not only our favorite realtor but she is now family!!! Genny is a Professionalist, Honest, and a Blessing. As first time homebuyers she made it stress free and easy. She made sure we were satisfied with what we were buying from picking out the lot, style of the home, upgrades, and cost. She kept us updated on our home being built and if there were any discrepancies when we did a walk through, she would be on the phone with the builder. After our home was completed, she continued to make sure that we had no issues with the home. In the end, we gained a friend.
