I called to make an appointment as per my PCP and the ER Dr at St Joe’s and spoke with a woman named Deb who couldn’t have been more rude or unhelpful. She scoffed at me and told me my symptoms were gyn related, as if she is in any position to diagnose me herself, and then said, “Well, we’re booking out far.” The staff, for some apparent reason, are combative, argumentative and act as if you’re bothering them when you’re just trying to schedule an appointment. By far one of the worst Urology clinics in the state. Went to see Dr Gennedy Bratlawsky, just an awful doctor misdiagnosed me and I was lucky went to another Urologist who confirmed my problem… I wouldn’t go to this doctor as he ignores my symptoms… Bratlawsky always in a hurry doesn’t have time to answer questions especially with a serious health issue

Dr. Elizabeth Ferry is by far the BEST urologist that I have ever had! She is sweet, caring and really listens to you and wants the best for your health. I had to have emergency surgery for a kidney stone and she made sure the process was a smooth as possible and followed up several times to see how I was feeling. If you are looking for a urologist, she is who you want to see!
