Genmax generator has been great and they have great customer service. I needed a replacement part and they were able to send it out the same day and were prompt with getting back to me.
I’ve dealt with Genmax for a few years now and in particular I want to compliment Oscar and his dedication to the company. It’s not only dedication to the company, but it’s dedication to the satisfaction of his customers. Genmax has A-1 Customer Service and products! I’ve had my 7500 generator for over a year and a half and I started having an issue with it starting rough. I called Genmax and Oscar helped me try to diagnose the problem. He told me to drop it off and see if they could fix the problem within an hour or so. The problem ended up being something more serious and he offered me a new unit no questions asked for the trouble! I ended up getting a! 8500 because they didn’t have my model in stock!
