I’ve dealt with Genmax for a few years now and in particular I want to compliment Oscar and his dedication to the company. Genmax has A-1 Customer Service and products! I’ve had my 7500 generator for over a year and a half and I started having an issue with it starting rough. I called Genmax and Oscar helped me try to diagnose the problem. He told me to drop it off and see if they could fix the problem within an hour or so. The problem ended up being something more serious and he offered me a new unit no questions asked for the trouble! I ended up getting a! 8500 because they didn’t have my model in stock! I purchased a used Genmax 7500iAED unit. Short story long, It came with no manual, charger, fob or propane hose. I emailed Genmax and they sent hose and fob and told me where to get the charger. I started the unit only to find I was lied to, it ran but no electricity. Melissa helped diagnose the issue, sent out a replacement inverter and VOILA! ALL AT NO CHARGE EVEN THOUGH I OFFERED TO PAY! It starts and operates as it should. Above and beyond helpful!
