Phenomenal customer service experience and great generator!
I cant say enough about the guys at Genmax Support Oscar, Tristan, Mason I own two Genmax Invertor Generators and love them both and plaining on more, but lets get back to the Genmmax support team they have always gone the extra mile for me including replacing all my Parts for my 3500IAED unit which it got destroyed at work falling off the second story platform all the parts I needed to rebuild it replaced, my 4600IAED replaced, just let me tell you Genmax stands behind there products and there team of people they have stand... read more
Genmax generator has been great and they have great customer service. I needed a replacement part and they were able to send it out the same day and were prompt with getting back to me.
I’ve dealt with Genmax for a few years now and in particular I want to compliment Oscar and his dedication to the company.
