I purchased a used Genmax 7500iAED unit. Short story long, It came with no manual, charger, fob or propane hose. I emailed Genmax and they sent hose and fob and told me where to get the charger. I started the unit only to find I was lied to, it ran but no electricity. Melissa helped diagnose the issue, sent out a replacement inverter and VOILA! ALL AT NO CHARGE EVEN THOUGH I OFFERED TO PAY! It starts and operates as it should. Above and beyond helpful!
Nick was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and professional! He quickly diagnosed the issue with my generator and arranged for a replacement part right away. Excellent service all around!
