The owner displays loads of narcissistic traits if you know him a little more, which means he maintains a polished humble nice facade, but deep inside he has no respect for people. You can still do business with him, but don't show him any weakness, or he will exploit you with no mercy. He indeed has a bad reputation in Deep Ellum. Actually if you can dig his history, you will find more.
Such a weird vibe working in this space. No wonder why it’s hard to get people in. Owner is rude and has a bad reputation in Deep Ellum.
Fantastic! I love working here as an entrepreneur. I'm looking forward to it every time I visit. Joe Payton runs a great ship! It's not a "wework" space where everything is monarch. This is democracy and the entrepreneurs first!
I've been to several business education events at GeniusDen and an art show. It's a business incubator and they have conference rooms and executive suites offices and event space and also coworking desks. Easy parking and it's in Deep Ellum. Very cool design and a great community!
