I dropped my phone off on Tuesday & I was told GPR had until 3:45 pm on Thursday (5/4/2017) and as soon as the looked at my phone & could tell me anything, they would email me. At 4pm I went over to the store, they were all standing around in the back. I gave my receipt to them & they came back with my phone & explained they did this & they did that but it didn't work. Why they didn't have the courtesy to send me an email I don't know.
David did a great job for me today! 5 stars again. Never had a bad experience at Genius yet. Been a customer for more than 3 years now. Vic.
