Very friendly fast turn around second time on different device.
We have taken several devices in for repair. They are always friendly and knowledgeable. The repairs are always done quickly. The only negative, and it’s not even their fault, is the cigar store( which must allow smoking on property) that is a couple of doors down from their store. It makes Genius phone repairs store smell like an ashtray. It’s really offensive. If Indiana doesn’t allow smoking in restaurants how can there be a store which allows smoking in a strip mall where food and other businesses share walls?
Matt was super friendly, helpful, informative, and knowledgeable! Prices are reasonable - I shopped around. I would recommend! Great service and value.
