First. Let me say that the people who work there, are very kind. They try to be very accommodating. However, their kindness doesn’t really make up for how bad the service is. My daughter dropped her iPad, which was a week old, and this store said, “we’ll fix it and make it just like it was.” Well, it took them about a week to get it back to us the first time. When we got it back, the screen was significantly darker, difficulty responding to touch, and within a few days, the screen went black all together. So it was returned.... read more
Have spent a lot of money in your store an always happy with the service and repairs. last 2 weeks I have had the worst service I have ever receive at your store. Today it took 30 mins to pick up my phone that could not be repaired. I would recommend closing this location till you can get more employees and a staff that can take better notes and listen to what the customer is saying to them. It was never a battery issue at all that is not why I bought the phone in for repairs. Thanks Joe Sale

My daughter's iPhone was stuck on the apple logo. We needed text messages and pictures from it for a very important reason. I was told 9 times out of 10, everything gets erased, but he worked his magic and everything was saved! Thank you so much!
I was surprised by the knowledgable people waiting on me. I had an unusual issue with a 3 year old IPhone 6S. They gave me a 90% guess as to it's problem, estimate to fix it yet the same day. Nice friendly attitude as well.
