Purchased a new screen with warranty for my daughters phone. At that time I was told it had a full warranty and would be replaced for free if anything happened to it. My daughter took her phone off the charger and the screen cracked. When I took it into have it repaired I was told I was a liar and the repair wouldn’t be covered under the warranty. Absolutely ridiculous I will NEVER be back to use this service and I will spread the word of how disrespectfully I was treated by your staff.

Paid over 200$ to fix my iPhone screen. When I got it back the home button wouldn’t work and there was “ nothing they could do about it.” Would not recommend

I just wanted to give a shout out to Genius Phone Repair of Angola, IN. Talk about positive recovery. We had a situation with my phone breaking at their store and within two days they got me an exact replacement, transferred my data, hooked me up with a case and screen, and made sure I was satisfied! Matt the district manager and Abbigail the store manager were awesome to work with! Huge thank you to both of you!
By far the best customer service & products in cell phone repair! I've been to several locations and the staff has been very friendly & professional. They also honor their lifetime warranty after repairs! I highly recommend going to any of their locations for a quality repair at a reasonable price!

Stopped in on a Saturday morning to drop off a phone to have the screen replaced. The young lady that opened the store was roughly 20 minutes late opening and I did see one other customer drive away because the store did not open on time. So we drop our phone off after the employee opened the store.
