Sam came in and completely fixed our POS system chaos. Nothing was working, and we were really down, but he got everything running smoothly, fast! Total lifesaver for our restaurant! 10/10

Quick fix and wonderful experience. The owner personally came out the day after my initial inquiry and solved all my issues in about 3 hours. Explained every step of the way and was intentional about finding a long term but cost efficient solution.

I am so happy from the IT setup at my home office. Service was prompt and Genesis tracked the delivery of the items and scheduled the setup appointment when items arrived. Outstanding service and I’ll recommend to all- first class service
