I had an issue with 2 computers in my office and a laptop. I emailed 4 companies with my concerns. Giovanni was the first one to reply and he took care of me immediately. The others never called back or emailed. I ended up getting 3 new desktops and a laptop at great prices. Great job and great service. Genius computer is now my preferred vendor for all my home and office needs.
