Amazing service provided by Elena Pink. Purchase and refinance 3 cars with them, send all my buddies so they can save a lot money, absolutely best experience and offers compared to any banks. I really like to work with that branch in Roseville.

My husband and I had been clients of Genisys Credit Union in Roseville for almost 2 years, and couldn't possibly be happier with the service. The staff is always friendly and do their absolute best to help. Our banker Elena had helped us with getting multiple car loans and paying them off, lowering the car loan APR, transferring balance from high-APR credit cards, and many other things. Went into this institution today to deposit my tax return check into my savings account. The teller stated that my wife needed to endorse the check as well as myself. I was fine with this even though she has her own bank account elsewhere. Went to my truck and had her sign. Came back in and the teller stated now she has to come in and sign with an ID now. I grew agitated with this and then some woman who I assume is the manager because she never greeted me or gave her name came over and stated she must come and show ID. They... read more
