I called and spoke with a nurse regarding EC. I was specifically told that she had never heard of using a copper IUD as EC and that they "don't put IUDs in pregnant people" I was dissapointed and horrified at the lack of knowledge my women's health care provider had concerning EC, a service they should be especially equipped to handle. This place has gone down hill since dr jones and Lauren left. I switched to another ob and wouldn’t recommend them. I don’t usually leave reviews but I have been trying to get my iud switched out since February and decided to switch practices.
They are very rude and whenever I leave messages I don't get a call back and have to call back multiple times in order to get a response. Waited over a week for my labwork in which they said it came back normal. I ended up getting a second opinion because I just didn't feel right..and turns out my iron was actually very low. Due to me almost needing a blood transfusion a few months ago because of low iron, I take it very seriously. Changed insurance since my last visit, called to see if they would accept the new insurance. ITS BEEN 2 WEEKS and NO CALL BACKS! Ive called twice, and emailed my information and they said they would get back to me. Never have. Its really frustrating because I am very comfortable with these doctors and nurses because they dont make it awkward and its basically the family-go-to.
VERY RUDE. I have been going to this practice since 2012, Dr.Fedei delivered my son, and have never had an unpleasant encounter until today with the receptionist answering the phone. "...even if you were pregnant we wouldn't be able to see you..." All I was asking is that I come in to take a blood test to confirm very confusing HPTs, can you help me? Just plain rude, change your attitude. I work front desk for a medical office and TONE is everything lady! Now to search for a new ob/gyn 😠
I normally don't leave reviews, but I was very disappointed by the way this practice is run. I am 32 weeks pregnant and have switched to another OB. The nurses were the worst part about this practice, they were very rude and made me feel like I was a problem. I had to wait 30-45 min at each appt. The only thing I was impressed by was the Midwife, she was very nice and actually made me feel like a patient.
