RecommendedAmazing repair. Saved me money on the overall repair by suggesting alternate repair options. I Had a broken light cover on the opener. No longer made. He returned a week later to bring me one he found when replacing someone else’s opener. Would not take any additional payment or tip. He said I spent enough already.
I had a spring break just after 4:30pm today. I figured I'd call before they closed in hopes they could fix this week. Gary was here and done by 6:30pm. Fixed another door with a detached guide wire (whatever it's called) and serviced all four doors, replacing missing hinges and bolts "as long as I'm here". Friendly. Highly recommend.
Called first thing on a Saturday morning and by 9:30 am, Gary had been here, replaced our spring, and was gone again. This is the second time we’ve used them and they did not disappoint. My call was returned promptly, he was here almost immediately, and our problem has been solved. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you guys!

I have called Genie Sales & Service twice so far, including for service today. Gary knows garage doors like the back of his palm. On both occasions, he solved the issue by doing appropriate repairs. In addition, he is courteous and offers good advice. I recommend this company for garage door issues.

Great people to work with. We've had a lot of work done over this past year & this was one of the easiest for me. Cory was so helpful giving us the exact info we needed to do prep work before they came to do installation. They came when they said they would, all done in an afternoon 👍👍😍 — in Krugerville, Texas.
