I need 100 stars for this company. This is a family owned and operated small business. They have compassion, empathy and honesty. Do not call the big box names… they will cheat you. This company came out and fixed the problem at a more than an honest price. The technician was friendly and nailed the job. If you’re looking for a company you can trust, look no further than Genie Plumbing.

I can give the technician, Jared five stars but for the company in general, I can only give three stars. Reason is that I was told that Bradford White is a very best as even the sticker on the Bradford White Tank shows as in picture below and Genie Plumbing informed me that "BRADFORD WHITE is the best in the busiess" for residential water heaters, but yet I was charged $90 by GENIE PLUMBING for diagnosis charge to be informed(Because of warranty, I didn't even take any water heater element covers off the tank), that the BRAD... read more
