This company does not know right from left. They contacted us while hired by a third party and gave absolutely no reference or context for their call. We were never really able to get answers from anyone about what was even going on. They clearly lack organization and professionalism, I would not hire this company for any of my pest control needs. Do not recommend.
Shane sprayed our new home for us today and was wonderful! He answered all of my questions above and beyond, and even had a fun conversation with my son about Pokémon. It felt like having someone you know and trust in your home instead of a stranger! Will definitely be reusing Genie again!
I have always had a wonderful experience with Genie. They have been our go to pest control since we bought our house in 2021. Todays experience is review worthy as their guy Paul came out. One of the most professional people you will meet. Polite and thorough and you can tell he loves his job. Whatever they are paying him isnt enough. Great work today!
An easy 5 stars! The customer service is beyond compare! From the scheduling to the time of service, everything was amazing and very cost friendly! Not to mention, every year that we use Genie for ant control we never have major ant issues (just a few strays lol)!
We appreciated Shane coming out to our house and preforming pest control. He was very nice and understanding. 5 stars all around.
