We had this company look at a door for us in the summer of 2024 around the period of the tornadoes on the Westside of Cleveland. The sales rep was very nice and efficient at the start which gave me confidence. They were prompt, knowledg, and professional, They came out looked at why my garage door would not open. I needed new coils. They measured and ordered them immediately! When they went to pick them up they found that the wrong size had come in. They notified me of the issue and rescheduled the apt for the repair. They also notified me that the correct size had already been ordered again. On the day of the repair 2 technicians came out due to the fact that the coils I have, haven't been made for 40 years. I was having issues with my opener malfunctioning. After I explained the issue they came out. They did not do divulge their trip charge nor the fact their service calls always include the greasing of the door tract which I did not ask for. They left but problem not solved. They advised I needed a new opener. I had a new opener installed yesterday by someone else. We are sorry for the misunderstanding. On older units, the boards are expensive and often not available because of updates on the safety functions. Had you had us install your unit, there would not have been any charge for the original call. However, since you were unhappy with us and did not use us, we will issue a full refund on your call. Went to this businesses website looking for a door opener. They were very helpful . So helpful that they helped me use an opener I already had work for the job instead. So even with no financial incentive, they did the job for me.
