Always check your bill. I go here a lot and they almost always try to dick me around on the bill and charge me for all you can eat.
Make sure they don't sit you right next to others.. And I mean an empty restaurant
Mason was a great waiter... Wish we were closer to Grand Prairie, I'd try and recruit him...
