This location has gone so downhill! Used to be a favorite spot, but now we will steer clear. Lost their liquor license, sauce containers were emptied and told that they were “out”, food ALL over the counters, food on the floor (fall risk?), had to ask for sauce cups because they were not stocked, and there was no baby corn! Come on Genghis, get it together!

This was my 1st time ever at a GG. The waitress and staff were let's say lacking. Didn't check on us and when they finally did forgot to bring what we asked for back to us. The food was great and stocked! The Oreo stack was good also. May try a different location next time tho when I take my mom for her 1st time.

The first time we have ever eaten here. The food tasted fine but the service was barely tolerable. Had to ask more than once for our drinks. Food came out long before our drinks. Had to ask for out ticket way way after we had already stacked our plates and organized our dishes. No one came by to see if we needed more to drink. Staff stayed up near the front door playing on their phones and and chit chatting while a few seemed to actually be doing most of not all the work.
