Got there seated really quickly waitress came right up and helped us got our food got it cooked good portions good food the only complaint we had was our waitress didn't really come back very often we had to ask for another drink but then when she brought the check she came back like four or five different times other than that was a good experience
I love the food, the employees are nice and the place is nice and quiet. One of my favorites in the city.
The food was great!!!! They had it very cold in there...I know to bring a jacket next time �
I woke up sick as hell!!! Threw up about 30 times!!!! Went to the Er, saved my contents in a bag. The er ran test and said I was food poisoned. My aunt had a big plastic bag cooked with her food!!! I will never eat here again!!!! Just the thought of it makes me want to vomit!!!! NASTIEST PLACE I EVER ATE!!! THE ONE ON WINCHESTER!!!!!
The waiter was Very Unattentive to Our Needs!!! Didn't check on us as much as he should've. My Sister's Food had a Plastic bag in the bottom of her Cooked Food. (Bowl ). Had to go up to the Grill and asked several times for Silver Ware and refills on my Beverages. I will NEVER EAT AT GENGHIS GRILL AGAIN.. THE SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. Thank You A Former Faithful Customer!
I love this place hands down.... Wish it was a location in Tupelo, MS....

Went to the one on Winchester last night. The service was terrible. My waitress was rude. They were out of potatoes. They were out of fried rice. They were out of the chicken poppers appetizer. I wanted a togo box with a lid. My son never got crayons for his sheet his was given (especially when the waitress saw him working the maze with his fingers) I was told i couldn't have one and the waitress shorted my date some money. I will be contacting corporate.
